Personal Training & Body Sculpting

Zen chiropractors and their experienced staff members teach you how to use free weights, physio-balls, multi-hip machine, wobble boards, treadmill, recumbent bike, stretching, and will create custom exercise plans .

Our personal trainers work with the patients to show them how to use their body correctly and effectively in every action they perform. This includes weight training, cardiovascular exercise, diet and lifestyle changes. Dr. Marian frequently uses personal training to make progress in rehabilitation, weight loss, posture, and general fitness. Personal training is accomplished in individual sessions.

Dr. Marian believes that weight lifting promotes good health. For the past 20 years she has been involved in weight training recreationally, and now recently competing at a national level trying to obtain her pro card in Women’s Physique. Weight lifting is especially important for women to help maintain and increase their bone mass to prevent osteoporosis.
In the past, Dr. Marian worked as a  personal trainer while in college at the following: Powerhouse Gym in Lombard, Illinois; Lakeshore Athletic Club in Chicago, Illinois; and private in home personal training.

On May 7,2016, Dr. Marian won 1st place in Women’s Physique at the Illinois State Bodybuilding and Physique Championships which qualifies her to compete nationally for the next year. Winning of a national level event would allow her to become IFBB Physique Pro.

On June 18, 2016, Dr. Marian won 6th place in Women’s Physique at the Jr. Nationals (national level competition) in Chicago, IL. In 2017, Dr. Marian again plans to compete nationally to obtain her IFBB Physique professional status.
